All services provided by DIGITALiiNK are custom digital services and creative work. Due to the personalized nature of design and digital services, all sales are generally final once work has begun. Refunds may only be issued at DIGITALiiNK's sole discretion.

Project turnaround times may vary depending on project complexity, workload, revision requests, client responsiveness, and submitted materials. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Expedited services may be available for additional fees.

DIGITALiiNK reserves the right to decline or cancel projects involving illegal activity, hateful content, harassment, discrimination, copyright infringement, or other inappropriate material.

Clients are solely responsible for ensuring they have the legal rights, licenses, and permissions to all submitted assets, logos, trademarks, images, music, and materials used within their projects.

Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing, DIGITALiiNK retains the right to display completed work within portfolios, social media, advertisements, promotional content, and marketing materials.

DIGITALiiNK is not responsible for indirect damages, lost profits, platform bans, copyright claims, or business losses resulting from the use of provided services or creative materials.
